In recent years, the company has undergone strategic development – from a traditional trailer rental company to a professional fleet partner. The challenge was to communicate this expanded service profile clearly and comprehensively. It should be made clear that KRONE FLEET offers much more than just rental: an integrated range of solutions covering the entire fleet life cycle.
The solution: A comprehensive overview of modern fleet solutions
The big picture shows all the offers along a clearly structured roadmap—from rental business to services to digital solutions. The customer is at the center, with all services revolving around them.
The visual structure provides orientation and makes the connections between rental, services, and digital tools easy to understand. Realistic scenes, vehicles, and process illustrations make even complex content intuitive to grasp – for both experts and new employees.
Individual scenes
Customers can configure their own individual trailer fleet as part of a long-term rental agreement. KRONE FLEET provides advice throughout the process and ensures a tailor-made fleet solution.
KRONE Service Solutions include tire management, testing and inspection management (e.g., statutory general inspections), damage management, and breakdown service. KRONE FLEET thus ensures the technical availability and value retention of the fleet.
In the sale-and-rent-back model, the customer sells their existing trailer fleet to KRONE FLEET and then leases it back. This frees up tied-up capital and increases liquidity.
This is how the big picture came about
The big picture was developed jointly with the KRONE FLEET team in a structured project process involving several coordination meetings. The aim was to arrange all service areas logically and transform them into a coherent overall picture.
1. Analysis & Structuring
In close coordination, the individual service components—rental models, services, and digital offerings—were collected, prioritized, and structured along the fleet life cycle.
2. Concept & visualization
On this basis, an initial image design was created with clear road layout and a customer-centered perspective. The image was refined and its content sharpened in several rounds of consultation.
3. Finalization & Expansion
In addition to the overall image, a clipping package was developed. Individual scenes can thus be used flexibly in presentations, sales documents, or training courses—for modular and target group-specific communication.
Effect & Results
The Big Picture helps KRONE FLEET consistently communicate its expanded understanding of service. It creates a uniform basis for argumentation in sales and at the same time strengthens the internal self-image as a strategic fleet partner.
