With a neutral, legally compliant ecosystem, LCX NEXUS enables transparent, efficient and sustainable handling of all processes relating to the exchange of load carriers – from industry to logistics. The platform combines technology, fairness and automation, thereby ensuring greater efficiency in supply chains.
The task – making virtual processes visible
LCX NEXUS was looking for a powerful communication tool that would convey the complex processes and benefits of its digital ecosystem at a glance. The aim was to make the added value of the system tangible for both potential partners and customers – including cost efficiency, sustainability, fairness and transparency. The big picture was to depict the classic challenges in the logistics and industrial sector and show how the LCX NEXUS ecosystem solves them in a structured way.
Implementation – visual storytelling along the entire process
At the centre of the Big Picture is the LCX NEXUS ecosystem, which connects all relevant stakeholders. The path from problem to solution is presented in six clear steps:
- 1. data transfer – connecting all systems to the platform
- 2. initial load carrier accounts – setting up a real-time account for each participant
- 3. verification & real-time adjustment – automated verification and account correction
- 4. virtual clearing – settlement in the digital space
- 5. physical clearing – transport and settlement processes
- 6. final booking & settlement – transparent and tamper-proof processing
The illustration shows the change from a non-transparent, inefficient system to a harmonised process with satisfied partners. Key value propositions such as cost efficiency, sustainability, fairness and transparency & security were prominently integrated visually. The visual language was kept modern and dynamic – in a style that emphasises professionalism and innovative strength.
The Big Picture was developed in German and English to enable international use. In addition, an interactive click-picture version was created in which users can click on the individual process steps and call up more detailed information. The whole thing is complemented by an animated video version that vividly explains the LCX NEXUS ecosystem and is ideal for trade fairs, presentations and digital channels.
